ONCE THE DELEGATES ARE UPLOADED AND PARTNERING HAS BEGUN YOU MAY NEED TO REMOVE SOME DELEGATES ON REQUEST OR IF THEY HAVE CANCELLED THEIR ATTENDANCE.
Step 1: In the dashboard screen click on the bookings chevron.
Step 2: In the booking screen search for the delegate by last name or company. Click the X underneath the cancel heading for the delegate you want to cancel. Make sure it is the right delegate.
Step 3: You will be asked to confirm the cancellation.
Note. Tick credit the invoice if they have an invoice assigned to their booking. This is important for accounting purposes. Then press cancel.
