EMAILS GOING INTO SPAM
Spam filters are becoming stronger and stronger.
Sending emails from clients email address can cause problems with emails going into spam folders instead of the inbox, as many people are reluctant to make the necessary changes to their domain settings to authorize emails to be sent from servers other than their own, which would be needed to send emails from the Ya Ya Regie system to aid in a better deliverability rate, as many email servers are getting stricter with spam filter rules, marking emails sent from unauthorized domains as spam.
To help get your email through, ensure your email SVF records are set to accept ya-ya regie emails. This would involve the client’s domain provider/administrator adding additional entries to the DNS settings to authorize emails to be sent on their behalf from our system.
Ask your email manager to add the following:
Add an SPF record to your domain’s DNS settings. Enter value:
v=spf1 a mx ip4:220.127.116.11 ~all
If your domain has an SPF record already, add ip4:18.104.22.168 to the record after the existing value but before the ~all. i.e.
v=spf1 a mx include:_spf.google.com ip4:22.214.171.124 ~all
Add a DMARC record to your domain
Add a TXT record for DMARC
Value: ‘v=DMARC1; p=none’
